Unboxing and Assembly

Slice the box open with a sharp handheld knife.
Unpack the components. You will need screw A to begin putting your BBQ together.
Locate piece 8 marked in blue. Align the blue dots on piece 8 with those on piece 9 to form a corner and screw the 2 pieces together.
Locate piece 10 marked with a red dot. Align and attach piece 10 to piece 9 using A screws.
Slide piece 14 into position and screw into place with A screws as demonstrated in the video.
Locate pieces 18, 19 and 20.
Slide piece 19 onto piece 20, followed by a C locknut, and slide piece 20 into the allotted space.
Screw each wheel into place and tighten with W2 and W4.
Securely attach the wheel caps (piece 18) to the wheels.
Attach piece 21 (the front upper panel) to piece 16, directly above the right hand wheel.
Attach piece 12 directly below piece 21.
Securely attach piece 14 to support the base.
Attach piece 13, the bottom shelf, to the base.
Place piece 1 on top of the base.
Attach the side shelves (piece 2) to each side of the BBQ.
Attach both cooking grates (piece 3) into place.
Attach the warming grate into place.
Slide the grease tray into the allotted space at the back of the BBQ.
Attach the cord holder (piece 6) into place.
Attach the magnetic temperature probes to your preferred location on the BBQ.
